  1. What is requirements for an InFOREMAX remote installation?

    For us to perform a remote installation, you are required to meet the following requirements: 1) You have a SQL server with a high-speed Internet connection that allows us to access to your SQL server database. 2) You provide us a user account that has 'Database Creator' permissions on the designated SQL server. You are also required to temporary install a remote access program on the designated SQL server.

  2. What happens during a remote installation?

    Our technician first contact you to arrange a time that is convenient to you to perform the Remote Installation. Our technician will then remote onto your designated SQL server and begin the installation. During the installation process our technician will create and configure a database for your InFOREMAX client software and records all settings needed to recover the entire database.

  3. How long will it take to complete a remote installation?

    The whole installation and verification processes will take approximately 1 to 2 hours.

  4. How do I customize the appearance of RMA web portal myself?

    InFOREMAX Web Portal is an ASP application. It comes with header.asp, footer.asp and style.css files that allow you to customize the appearance of the web portal to fit your corporate website looks and feels. To customize the web portal you are required to add your own custom html codes into the header.asp and footer.asp and make necessary changes on the style.css file.
