What is your software support & maintenance plan?
When you participate in the plan you are guaranteed all major and minor software updates. We are dedicated to refining and improving the InFOREMAX program, and send notifications of significant upgrades as they become available.
What if I buy the InFOREMAX Standard edition and then later decide that I should have bought the Extended edition.
While the major version number (e.g., 6.0) of the program you have is still current, we will credit your purchase of the Standard Edition against an upgrade to the Extended Edition. Similarly, we will upgrade your copy(ies) of the program to the Extended Edition by charging you only the difference in price.
Can I use InFOREMAX on a network?
Yes, InFOREMAX is designed to be used in small workgroups as well as stand-alone. However, the program itself is NOT run from across the network. Instead, the program is installed on each workstation. The data file is placed onto the network (onto a server or wherever it will be backed up daily). From each workstation where InFOREMAX is installed, go to the linked table manager, select the linked table(s) to be updated. Click OK to browse for your "workgroup-common" data file and update the linked tables.
I have lots of data in another database format. Can I share it with InFOREMAX data file?
Yes we can help you to create a query that will synchronize data with the third-party database. This query can be designed to run upon InFOREMAX startup or to run by clicking a button.
